Kyra and delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! It was my first time getting sugared. She explained the process and what to expect and how sugar waxing is different than hard/soft wax. She was fast and thorough!! Receptionist was also very professional and friendly and sweet. Will surely come back to LB SB!!
