My husband, 5 year old son and myself went to S&W this past weekend when they were having their bike swap. So many people were willing to help. Tim came over and helped us find a bike for my son. Then my husband and I started looking for us… we didn’t really see anything outside so headed into the store. After picking out a bike that I liked (only because of the color) George quickly told me that It was too big for me. I had never been properly fix for a bike before! George continued to help me find one that was the right size, one that was comfortable and what I needed for the kind of biking I was going to do. Then my husband was next. George helped us for about 2 hours and It was such an amazing experience! Super nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone!

Excellent customer service. This past Monday I drop my bike off because the chain derailed and I couldn’t get it back on in my bike needed the 30 day tuneup. I was told it would be ready by Friday, but you did the service in one day. Great job thank you very much.
