S&W Sports has always had great products and services. I have nearly 30 years of experience with them (beginning at age 6 with my first Trek bike) and they have continued to have excellent customer service. Even when something has “gone wrong”, because let’s face it we are all human and life happens, they have fixed the issue and ensured we were satisfied with the remedy. It doesn’t matter where they are located in Concord, they will continue to be the business we keep coming back to for our biking needs and accessories.

In prepping our bikes for the summer I discovered a broken spoke on my wife's bike. The bikes had been purchased from S&W and serviced by them. The bikes have been perfect for us, my wife 's right out of the box and mine after Mr. Farmer made significant modifications to the stem to match my physical needs. We are both elderly and depend on S&W to keep our bikes in tip top condition. I brought my wife's bike in and had it back 3 hours later, perfect and ready to go. Thank all of you at S&W for keeping us safe and on the go.
