I got help from several people when I visited the store. I’m recovering from ACL surgery and had to make some changes to my bike so I can build confidence being back out in the wild. I got guidance with refreshing the sealant in my tubeless tires, and after my attempt to do it solo, I went back to the shop with some questions. The nice guy in service finished the job for me and now my bike is off the trainer, ready to ride! Thank you so much! ACL recovery is a long journey .. I’ve unlocked more fears than I knew existed within me .. I appreciate anyone who provides support along the way. Thanks for getting me back on the bike.

We visited S&W twice while considering our purchase of gravel bikes. Both visits, the person that we spoke with was very knowledgeable and offered help in adjusting seat height, handlebar angle, etc., to get the best fit for us. We did not feel rushed and felt very confident in the purchase of our gravel bikes.

Stan was awesome! We came in not knowing what we wanted, so he listened carefully to our interests and we eventually discovered a new e-bike recently released. Not only did he support us trying the bikes, but looked up and confirmed they could build ones in our desired sizes and colors which sealed the deal. This is why service matters when shopping for bicycles!

Small Family Business that gives personal attention. Been a customer for over 30 years from their previous location in Concord. The staff are so nice. They don't mind loading my bike into my car for me. When my children were young we rented skis from there. And they have bike swaps and skate swaps to help families. And they can answer all kinds of sporting questions even about different organizations around NH. They are great.
