I ordered a bike online and had it delivered to s&w, my emails said it could take up to 5 days for the bike to be built once it was delivered. But even though they were preparing for a massive event, they had the bike built for me the day it was delivered! Everyone is very nice, and helpful. I've spent alot of time with several different salesmen now, all were very helpful and attentive. Would absolutely recommend!

The tune up on my bike was done quickly. I was happy to get it back in a shorter time than expected. I wish I had asked to have my brakes checked because the rear brake was disconnected when I got it out of the car at home. The piece that hods the cable in was worn and wouldn’t hold the cable. I had a friend fix it temporarily and have ordered a new part. He will put it on for me. I’m not sure if that should have been checked as part of the service, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.
