Marcella was very knowledgeable and patient with the kind and amount of questions I had when comparing bikes. I have bike shops that are closer to me and more convenient for tuning, etc., but your pricing and the customer service made mw go with S&W.

Had a bike fitting with Tim two weeks ago and he recommended that I change my stem. No stem in stock - ordered. Received an email message when the part arrived and scheduled an appointment. Tim installed in the new stem and adjusted my shifter. Tim made sure everything was correct. Very pleased with the service provided. Went for a short ride this morning and the setup was much better. No numbness in the hands and my upper body, shoulder and neck were more relaxed. Will be going for a longer ride in a few days - I sure the ride will be more comfortable. Thanks Tim!!!

I had a broken value on my tire. It was service that day in just a few minutes (new tube). As I waited for the repair I browsed around the store. 2 employees approached me asking if I need help. Wonderful service.

Professional and personalized services provided with concerns for the customer first. I have some very specific health challenges and I could not just go to a bike shop and walk out with a bike right off the floor inventory. The team at S & W worked with me to find a bike that would satisfy what I wanted and then Tim spent time with me to fit and modify the bike so that it fit my needs. The communication that I had with Tim and others at S & W was very effective. I felt the team at S & W listened to me and then worked with me to provide me with a bike that I would be pleased with. I took my first one hour ride on the new bike yesterday and I am very glad that I went to S & W for my new bike.

Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They use the equipment too, so they can give great advice. A lot of them know me by name which makes me feel good when I come in, and even if they don’t know me, they can strike up a good conversation about skiing or biking. If something isn’t in stock, it can be ordered and usually shows up super fast. Time ordered more sun sleeves for biking last week cause there were no smalls left and it only took a couple days. Great selection of gear. I do wish there were more soft goods available, but maybe those aren’t as profitable anymore because people get them online?
