My son Luke has been attending safety swim lessons for about a year now, since he was around 7 months old. Miss Louisa is truly incredible. Luke loves every moment he spends with her, soaking up everything she teaches him. It’s a blessing to have her as part of our staff. The Staff is amazing as well and a great family environment. Both my son and daughter attend the bellmore location and absolutely love it. My 5 year old son always says “Saf T swim is the best”!! My daughter is 7 and autistic , and her instructor Zoe has been amazing with her. Everyone at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming.

I am really liking this Bellmore location so far. Barbara is amazing- very kind and helpful. Unlike my experience at the New Hyde Park location a few years ago (after being a member for so long and then taking my kids out because their management/customer service dropped drastically) , this has been a much better experience . They keep the same instructor throughout the experience, and my kids really like their instructors. This has been especially important for my son because he takes more time adjusting and trusting (to add to the fact that hated water for years) and he needs someone who is kind and caring. (I point this out because at the other location, where he was younger and less experienced, shortly before we stopped going, they were switching trying to change the instructor every 3 months even when I had asked them not to way when signing him up) My one current complaint, however , is that people leave their belongings in the changing rooms ALL the TIME. It would be nice if staff walked around and emptied the rooms

My son's swimming skills have vastly improved over the school year. He has really enjoyed his private lessons. As a parent, I have appreciated that the waiting area is cool, lights off, and quiet, and allows me to watch him swim. We are stopping lessons only for July and August, and plan to return in September. I have only one complaint about the Bellmore location: the parking is atrocious. It can be difficult to find a parking spot. I'm not sure there is much to be done about it, other than to improve relations with the bank next door so that some of those spots could be used.

We love our instructor Mr Reymon! He has been teaching our daughter for over a year! We are so lucky to have had the same teacher with the revolving door of employees! He is so patient with our sassy little one and we are very proud with how much she has learned!

The atmosphere is very kid friendly. The manager Barbara is always very helpful with changing dates and making up classes. My daughter’s transition from one instructor to another went smoothly.
