When you walk in they know who you are and friendly. Swim instructor Kat is very nice and I love how she takes a min to just let me know how my daughter did at the end of class.

Caterine is always so helpful and patient with my son. She gives me a rundown of the class, what they worked on and what he did and didn’t do well in the session. She knows he only likes to swim with her and calls us if she needs to reschedule a class (this isn’t often but things come up as we go on a Sunday mid day) and helps find a good time for both of us to make up the class.
