We’ve had a wonderful experience with Saf-T Swim at the Melville location. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Both of my boys absolutely love their instructor, Mr. Marcus. Since they started swimming lessons in the summer, they’ve truly built a strong bond with him and made remarkable progress under his teaching. My older son used to be afraid of water droplets on his face, even during bath time. Now, he can comfortably float on the water without being held - what a big difference compare to 6 months ago. My younger son also fully enjoys every single session and always looks forward to class. Throughout our time here, Pamela, Gus, and Aleska have been amazing with communication, whether it’s rescheduling classes, arranging makeup lessons, or finding backup instructors. When Mr. Marcus recently decided to move on to the next chapter of his life (which is bittersweet for us), the manager Lauren was incredibly supportive in helping us find a new instructor and coordinating class times that worked for our family. The facility itself is always clean, peaceful, and calm. We’ve consistently enjoyed the atmosphere and the space at the school. We’re truly grateful for the care and dedication of the entire team at Saf-T Swim Melville and would highly recommend it to any family.

Sanai was so sweet and helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing her every Sunday morning. Pamela was also great. She took me on a tour of the facility and explained what I should do each time I come in. I did have the opportunity to see both of them with other students, and they are loved by all! The best swim instructors in the Melville Safety Swim!

Coach Ryan has done amazing with my son, helping him feel comfortable in the water in getting him to swim in a short amount of time. My son went from being somehow afraid of the water to not wanting to get out of the pool and swimming on his own in a few weeks. He’s been kind, supportive and provided challenges for my son in an appropriate way. He’s the best!

A great place to swim! The facility is clean, spacious, and well lit. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. When summer began, there have been a change in available instructors, and the front desk staff has been wonderful in helping us reschedule and find new times with new instructors - special thanks to Leslie, Aniya, and Gus. The instructors have been wonderful! We love Jazzy; she is a great swim instructor. She is fun and straightforward, striking a balance between being playful with them and directing them to focus on swimming. We have been with her for many years and she has taught each of my 3 children at one point. We have been bopping around different instructors the last few weeks - Ava M, Ava A, Jordan W, Janae, and Mia have been great as well.
