All of the instructors have been wonderful with my 3 year old. She can be shy meeting new people, but they were all able to warm her up quickly and get her to participate.
I feel 30 mins session is not sufficient for kids it should be at least 45 mins for swim lesson. It would have great if they get open pool to practice their swim lesson weekly once. Trainer can work on each kid what they really lag to move to next next instead what they are already good at.
I loved that it was self-paced and parents aren't forced to get into the water with the children. This allows for the children, specifically, my child to feel independent and get adjusted on his own and actually enjoy the experience while learning. The instructor is amazing as well, very compassionate and patient. Great job guys!!
Silvana is so sweet and knows how to manage little boys and their antics. She does really well my overly sensitive 5 year old and my hyperactive 4 year old. She doesn’t scold my 4 year old for not sitting still or being loud (he really can’t control it). She is also so encouraging to my 5 year old who really lacks confidence in himself. He even tried the butterfly because she encouraged him to try. She really is very good. Both boys know how to be safe in the pool but I like having them in activities. The place is clean for now but I worry it won’t stay because of the location.
Our son’s first experience was difficult as he is sensory sensitive. His instructor was patient and kind. Before the end of the lesson, we realized we needed to change over to private lessons. This transition was seamless as Nicole was both warm and informative. We look forward to watching our son’s progress.
