My daughter’s coach Eli is really awesome and he understands each kid’s strength and ability well, he also explains the techniques very well and encourages the kids to become better in every class. The pool is always clean and well maintained. My kid enjoys learning swimming.
The experience at SafeSplash has been great, especially with Eli, who has been a fantastic instructor for our child. We would definitely recommend it to others. Here are a few suggestions:
- Add a shade (or even a sticker) to block the sun directly over the first pool lane. This would help kids who are trying to learn and might sometimes get distracted by the sun, preventing them from paying attention to what their instructor is saying.
- Alert parents upfront when an instructor is not available. I understand emergencies happen, but this can affect small children who have formed a bond of trust with their instructors. Being assigned to someone unfamiliar can be unsettling for them. This is also reciprocal for the instructor, as they may not have much information on the child’s progress.
- Create moments for interaction and hold small competitions to promote learning and foster a sense of community among parents, children, and instructors.
I'm available if you want to discuss any of the above topics further.
Best regards,

We love SafeSplash! I'm always so proud of how far my kids have come in their skills and confidence. Getting used to the water is so important, and I feel like I'm doing a great thing by keeping up with lessons.
We absolutely LOVE Eli as an instructor, he is amazing.
We would appreciate if the communication by Splash is done via phone messages too, in addition to emails. Especially for last minute class cancellations, it is likely to miss emails. Any other push notification methods would be great.
Kelsey is by far the best and most skilled swim instructor we’ve ever had. She is patient and flexible, and adapts instruction as needed. My son looks forward to his lesson every week!
Instructor was very knowledgeable and encouraging to the students. He didn't mind crying - which was great for the toddler class. Highly enjoyed and will be recommending to other parents.
Kelsey was amazing with my son. He didn’t want to get in the water but she had him in the water and kicking his legs during his first lesson. Cant wait for next week!
We love the positivity of the instructors and the kind, gentle professional instruction. They teach each skill required for the task the child needs to master so that as they perfect each skill the child will ultimately master the intended task. We have been with Safe Splash from the beginning and have seen dramatic growth in confidence and skill with both our granddaughters.
We love how patient the coaches are with our little children. They give them the attention they need and the kids have really improved tremendously! This is the only swim school where our children have made progress and love!
