Shayna and Reid are the best part of Safe Splash Swim School. They are always professional, welcoming and friendly. They are knowledgeable and accommodating, communicate clearly and, above all, prioritize safety. Our kids are in three different age groups and have all enjoyed each of the instructors they have worked with. Our kids continue to make improvements in their swimming abilities and we are happy to go each week.

Our childs swim instructor is insanely patient and kind with my boys. He is trying to meet them where they are at and quick to point out their wins each session. Its been a great experience so far and my boys are loving coming to swim lessons every week.

We did 2 classes with 2 different instructors and both of them were very friendly and patient. They did not pressure my little one to do anything he wasn't ready to do. We also love that a free trial class was offered for us to test how lessons were going to go.

This is my 9 month yr old and I first time actually taking swim classes. Bella and the team at the swim school did an amazing job with her teaching her class! Everything was super clean and sanitized. The pool was clean and clear even fulled with people. I can’t wait until the next class!

From our trial, my daughter had Shelby as her coach and left in tears. She waited until we were changing to breakdown. I saw Shelby be rude and annoyed while we were waiting for my daughter’s lesson. She then proceeded with my daughter’s lesson with another child. Shelby yelled and was extremely cruel. My daughter is eager to learn, loves to swim and happy almost always. She left her trial saying she did not want to come back. The manager listened to our concerns and switched instructors and my daughter is so happy again. No one should work with children that dislikes them as much as Shelby. Especially when both of her students were sweet, gently and eager to learn.

Everyone was super kind and the communication was great. The ratio of child to instructor really instilled confidence with the kids. They felt safe and listened to and were so excited after class and eager for the next lesson.
