Mark is always very accommodating, especially given how much kids get sick and cannot attend class. His staff are VERY attentive, and our son has a blast each week.

From the start with communication with Mark in setting up to currently our coach Savanna H. Has been great. Savanna holds her expectations of my child while still engaging her in play and chats during the lessons. She is a great fit for my child and how she needs to learn and the skills that my child has gained in the few months we have been in lessons Has far supercedes any other place. My only critique is in regards to make ups. I was told originally they don't expire and if a cancelation is made (not a no show) you will have a make up token and then when I called, and was told they do. I was also told you can only have 1 cancelation a month, that is fine until you have to cancel more than once due to illness and you don't get the lesson and it is $$$$ . It is also a bit difficult to find a make up lesson in general but even harder with my child's coach

Staffs are very friendly and helpful to work with my daughter who is special need kid. I love this swimming place. I wish that there are more private sessions open so my daughter can comes for more sessions

I appreciated the patience of the instructor. My son was in the wrong class. His skills were no where near the other students. However, the instructor took her time and dealt with my very nervous child, while still working with the other 2 students. At the end of the class she recommended a class change.

Swim instructor Sam was great. Very calm, patient and reassuring with our scared little swimmer. My son has been really scared to start lessons again and he immediately felt safe and had a blast with Sam. And he's really looking forward ro future lessons. Coco was there as well and she was great to chat with. Really great operation with great people. We'll be sure to try and send as many of our friends your way as possible...
