We have loved our time at SS Laurel since last September. Our daughter has mobility delays and has struggled with being overly dependent on a parent. The staff at SS are all incredibly positive and supportive of her, and make the experience a joy for our entire family. We have been able to start moving towards an option of Toddler Transition classes, and that is in large part to Kim, Tameka, Portia, and the teachers that have worked with our daughter. We love the way progress is celebrated and always enjoy coming on Saturdays. We have taken swim classes elsewhere with little progress and a lot of fighting from our daughter. With SS, she is excited to go every week!
We’ve been incredibly pleased with our swim experience so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to helping each child succeed. We’ve seen so much progress in our daughter in less than a year—it’s amazing to watch her skills and confidence grow each week. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities that make the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents.
The staff is pretty friendly. Our son has been attending since about 18 months old. He has made so much progress. He is picky about his instructors but Mr. Daniel fully has his undivided attention. My son really enjoys Daniel's class. And he has jumped leaps and bounds in it. Thanks Daniel. Thanks Safe Splash!
We have loved the kindness and support for our daughter from all staff and instructors. The other families are also very welcoming and the environment is warm and positive. The communication has been great with any changes. Biggest thing I would flag is that sometimes it is a little dirty in the changing rooms or the bathrooms are out of paper products, but it has only happened twice that I have noticed those things.
This experience has been amazing so far. My kids are progressing each week with swimming based on the techniques used and how the instructors really focus on your individual child. I highly recommend private or small group (2) instruction to see your kids excel quickly! Also the level up recognition with ringing the bell and holding the sign is pretty awesome too!
