The coaches are super friendly and are very patient. Coach Caleb focuses on the child’s learning and is very understanding. My kid has been picking up fast and he’s in great hands. SafeSplash will not disappoint you.

I really enjoy working with Kelsey. She is a good instructor. I also enjoy working with her sub. I forgot the young gentleman's name. The only thing is that whoever runs the payment system is not organized. To charge a full month during the holiday season when you are closed then give a free class during the closed time then the pool being out and not ensuring all the credits show in the app is lacking. Your charging the card so take responsibility for the missed classes. Payment system is unorganized.

I love the staff at Safe Swim because they have built confidence in my daughter to swim on her own. At other swim schools, my daughter fears were dismissed, and ignored but at Safe Swim they were patient and developed the skills for my daughter to swim safely. Also, I like the location, and time availability at the school.

I love the convenience of the scheduled days by seeing 7 days a week. I love how nice the instructors are and the patience they have. I also love the makeup day that is given when u miss a scheduled meeting.

I love Ms. Kelsey and my son took some time warming up to her and others but he loves her as well . We've been coming to swim lesson just over 2 months and initially I was concerned that me wasn't making much progress but he started to and I think he's going great.

We’ve been in swim lessons with Shanell since June and my son has been progressing with the exception of being comfortable with putting his face in the water. Shanell has been so patient and kind to him! We’ve had a few makeup tokens and had to use different instructors but even with the switch in instructors, he’s felt comfortable with each and every one: Shanell, Kelsey, Charlotte, Caleb, and lastly Tish. Tish was the final piece to get my son to relax and place his face in the water! We’re so excited to see how well he continues to progress now that we have that final piece in place.
