My daughter is a great swimmer thanks to Safe Splash! She started taking lessons at age 3 and by kindergarten she can do freestyle, backstroke, a flip turn, tread water, and more! She loves the class and our experience surpassed our goal of “learn to swim.” Since she likes it so much that we’re still there gaining new skills and endurance each week. She was also very proud to be the only one of her friends from school to pass the swim center swim test on the first try!

SafeSplash is the best. I’ve tried many swim lessons and SafeSplash has the best teachers and structured learning curriculum. The small class size, focus on building safety skills and meeting kids developmental needs (ex helping them get in the pool, be comfortable and stay safe while there) are all great aspects of the program.

Location is convenient. Coaches are great. The methods works, you see results constantly. Kids love it. The only thing I don’t like is that the location shown on the website is misleading. There are no photos of the real space, and the photos show a very different, much nicer place. That’s not very honest and was a disappointment at first.

When my toddler came to SafeSplash, she had no experience with swimming. Coach Mackenzie and Coach Amy were so patient with her and supported her to get more comfortable in the water. My toddler wasn’t the easiest kiddo to teach, but they never gave up on her. Fast forward to 2 months of swim lessons later - she is a completely different kid in the water. Coach Mackenzie and Coach Amy gave Juliette the confidence to learn in the water and the safety skills to swim properly and self rescue. My kids adore them as teachers and they’ve taught them invaluable lessons to never give up and that they are fully capable of doing hard things. We’re so grateful for them. My kids can’t wait for swim lessons every week. Thank you Coach Mackenzie and Coach Amy for all that you do!

Teachers are patient, kids make progress quickly. Please align schedule to school schedule. If there is a day off school there should also be a day off from swim.

They are attentive with my son, he started at another swim place.. he wouldn’t get his face wet. We came to safe splash Santa Monica and the teachers Amy & McKenzie are Awesome. my son finally jumped in and is thriving with his swimming.. started at 4 he’s 6.

I know this isn’t always in your control, but sometimes the pool is a little cold. If you could work with the hosting gym to make it warmer that would be great for the little ones!

Most coaches are awesome, with good attitude, skills and good with kids. The method is good, you see a lot of progress and results. Kids enjoy it. It's affordable.
