Sam, jen are the best at client services and making the swimming experience for my kids. Chris and Sam and excellent coaches who care and take pride in every lesson they teach. I've been at a few places and as long as jen, sam and Chris are the face of safe splash, our swimming needs are set for years to come. They are gems and deserve recognition.

SafeSplash Sterling has the best swim coaches (Cris and Sam) in the DMV region, especially for special needs kids, as well as the best manager (Jen). My 6 YO has been taking private/group/wave classes with Coach Cris for almost 1 year now and he improved a lot. Compared with other swim places weā€™ve been to, SafeSplash Sterling is very spacious (has several showers and cubicles), always clean, bright/colorful paintings, and does not smell like cleaning chemicals. They also put some special touches to make families welcome (complimentary coffee), books, and toys. Thatā€™s why we go here even if itā€™s a 30-40 minute drive (one way) away from our home (Springfield). A big kudos to Jen and her team!

I liked the smaller teacher to student ratio and the cleanliness of the pool area and waiting room. I would like to suggest that new students are ā€œflaggedā€ in the system on their first day so they learn the routine of entering the pool and where to go at the start and end of class.

I loved my swim experience at Safe splash. I loved my instructors, Sam and Tori. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and warm towards me. They were flexible in offering classes that fit my schedule. Their tips and lessons helped me a lot as a beginner. I recommend my instructors and Safe splash for all adult swimming practices.

We have had an amazing experience at safe splash Sterling! They go above and beyond for the special needs community. The school is always clean and has friendly staff. My daughter has come so far as a swimmer because of Coach Cris. Iā€™ve been so pleased Iā€™ve referred about 10+ kids to the school, and everyone also has enjoyed it!
