I like the setup of the parents not in the pool area. My son likes the instruction and I have seen improvement in his swimming skills. He also likes the temperature of the water. It is warm! He is always shivering in other pools, so it is nice that this pool is warm enough that he can be comfortable in the water.

Very relaxed and tailored approach to getting young children swimming. Teachers are warm and kind. Plus the pool is warm enough not to cause mild hypothermia like other pools in the area.

Patient and friendly staff. Ms. Ivy is a wonderful teacher who has been able to tailor lesson activities to meet the varying skill levels of each swimmer so that Franklin has been able to continue building skills.

This is our third attempt at swim lessons and at 5.5 years old it seems to be working. The staff are informative and our son's teacher is patient. Fingers crossed we see some progress in safety and swimming!

Love the instructors and the facility. Would have given a 10 but find the token system inconvenient. It's hard to get kids into a suitable makeup class. Some kids require specific instructors so this makes it even more difficult. There should be an option to not pay for classes during holidays

We love SafeSplash, Miss Gabby is amazing, she works hard with the children and gives them constant praise! My daughter has come on so much with her confidence and skills in the water in a short amount of time. Thank you!
