They have recently really improved with updating the information and general communication both in the facility and through email. My daughter enjoys her lessons and has become a more proficient swimmer during her time at Safe Splash.

We LOVE Louise! She is a national treasure! She is so amazing with the toddlers and the parents every single time. Any time there is a substitute instructor we are so sad. We will be so sad once our daughter Quinn has to advance to the next class without Louise as her instructor. Everyone else is also great, but as far as instructors of the parent-tot classes Louise is supreme! We love you, Louise! :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about SafeSplash! From the moment we walked in, Michael's friendly greeting at the front desk made us feel welcome and at ease. The true stars of our experience, though, were the coaches Kiana and Kenna. They were absolutely fantastic with my kids, who were taking swimming lessons for the first time. Their patience, encouragement, and expertise made such a positive impact. My children couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had and how excited they are to come back. SafeSplash has created a supportive and enjoyable environment for learning to swim, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!
