The ratio of students to teacher. I love that the class wasn't overwhelming full with so many students and one teacher. The teacher was amazing with my little guy who has never been comfortable in the pool either.

We need to keep this location. The rec centers do not offer the same impact and classes are overcrowded. The teacher is great, I would say more skills could be taught in Beginner 2. I have two girls, one is in Beginner 1 and the other is in Beginner 2...it's the same class.

Jenny Claridge at the Town Center location is fantastic!... My daughter is an amazing teen with some physical challenges and learning delays from a brain injury, and so can be difficult to work with. Jenny welcomed us and immediately worked to meet with us and schedule some lessons and we seem to be off to a great start! We are thrilled with Jenny's interest and skill and look forward to my girl learning skills in the water and loving it!! Thanks much

My 1st experience was with the efficient help of the Staff in getting my granddaughter, Payton (while visiting from OH) enrolled in a beginner class as she had never taken any formal swim lessons and was fearful. I had a small window of time that Payton was visiting and SafeSplash was able to work me in for 2 classes. Miss Jenny was her instructor and Payton loved her easy going, fun approach and she couldn't wait for her 2nd lesson. It was just an introduction for Payton and follow-up will be addressed when she goes back home. Thanks for giving Payton this positive opportunity to experience and enjoy her 1st exposure to swimming.
