My child has been with Safe Splash since she was in Beginner 1. Now she is in the Advanced class. I like that the instructors challenge my child. They check to make sure she is doing the strokes properly and swimming at her best. I can see the training she is getting here leading to a swim team. I wish Safe Splash had a swim team.
My son has autism and is intellectually disabled. I love that everyone continues to exude an incredibly large amount of patience with my son. They move at his pace. This was a great decision for my family.
We have attended swim lessons at safesplash on and off for approximately 2 years. The staff at the Decatur location have been great. They are warm, enthusiastic and patient. We have very much enjoyed being there.
The changes to corporate policy regarding the length of time needed to cancel and the credit you receive for makeup lessons have been unfortunate. Those changes combined with the general inflexibility of customer service staff make it difficult for us to want to attend lessons again.
Love the instructors and personalized attention! Love how patient they are with the kids and how they truly work to meet the kids where they are to help conquer their fears, gain bravery, and learn skills.
Proximity to home, the size/scope of the classes. It's smaller/quieter/less chaotic vs other swim lesson programs we've tried. Weve had great experiences with all the coach but especially Coach Brent, they are amazing with the kids!
