For toddlers, I do appreciate the singing and connecting with other parents while receiving instructions from the instructor. For older kids, I appreciate them working with each child individually

Love the instructors and staff and the facility is always neat and clean. I do wish you had a soda machine or a coffee machine in the lobby. :-). Coffee would be better.

My child enjoys the lesson, her teach and the friends she has made. The water temp is never an issue for her not wanting to go. Safe Splash is super close to my house, making it really convenient for us. And most importantly, my child is learning to swim and way more confident in the water.

We started in the parent-tot swim class because our 3 year old was absolutely terrified of the water. During our first class, she would only put her foot in the pool. Slowly, with exceptional patience and warmth from the teachers, she became more comfortable in the water. Now, about 8 months later, she is super excited for her swim class, and jumps into the pool without even looking back at her parents for reassurance. This is entirely due to the teachers. Thank you!

My daughter loves going to swim class with Mr Rowan. She feels safe and seen, even with two other kids in her group. I can see she’s having fun by the big smile on her face and from how she talks about her experiences after class. We’ve been with safe splash for almost 2 years and my daughter has improved greatly in her skills and confidence since starting. There is usual someone at the front desk when we come in and we are met with a friendly hello most of the time. The one thing that is frustrating is that if we need to call the front desk, we have to go through a call center and both times I’ve tried to get through, they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at our location even though it was open.

The coach is so encouraging and positive. He also really seems to know how to motivate the individual kid and give good feedback. Our daughter has made such quick progress while having fun.

Ability to reschedule without too much hassle, excused absence make up tokens. I do think 4 kids too a class is too many though, especially at the beginner swim levels

Really enjoying our lessons! The kids are improving - floating and challenging themselves. Vrey excited to see more progress! We definitely appreciate it when instructors get started right away. Sometimes we find that getting goggles on takes 5+ minutes, and that cuts into swim practice time. Overall we are loving the experience and really enjoying lessons!

It was easy to sign my son back up for lessons (we're a repeat customer), and front desk was helpful moving him to a higher level class. My son likes his teacher, he's genuinely seems engaged with him
