We love that SafeSplash has extras details specifically for kids learning to swim. For example, we love the submerged bench that keeps little ones in the water instead of waiting outside the water on the pool edge. We love the overall welcoming feeling and the care of our swim instructor. The kids love the lollipop rewards tray. I’ve already recommended SafeSplash to a friend.

Overall we have had a great experience. The only thing I wish they did more of is report to parents on how their child is doing in each class. I’ve noticed they do it about 20% of the time. Just spend a minute on each child letting parents know what they can improve and what they are mastering. It definitely helps when we know what we can work on at home.

Safe Splash has the same idea as the “other” swim schools in the area, but it’s so much better in every way. The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the swim classes are drastically improving my 4 year old’s swimming abilities. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The small group size and the ability to watch my child from the waiting room. One thing that is missing or that I would suggest, is that we’ve now taken two classes and I haven’t heard from the instructor on how my child is doing. A ‘he did great today’ or ‘we’re working on this or he could improve on this’. Just a little indication of how things are going would be great.

The system is very efficient! My husband said it was run “like a German train station” getting kids in and out safely and quickly. The staff forgot to call my son Jack’s name (it was our first time there so we missed it too) and they offered a fast solution before we left and were so, so kind about it. We’ve already recommended to our neighbors.
