The instructors are so patient with all of the kids. They are genuinely passionate about teaching swimming skills to kids of all ages. It is nice they always have a lifeguard in the pool area monitoring the area for the safety of everyone. I love how many options there are to schedule classes (or reschedule if needed). I’ve had nothing but great interactions with all of the staff and instructors.

We had a great experience enrolling our son in classes. The woman who explained pricing and options was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of our questions and didn't seemed annoyed at all when I called a few times to get more info. She was patient and kind. Unfortunately, this is a rarity in customer service these days. We love the cleanliness of the facility and we are appreciate of the spaciousness of the dressing area. Our son enjoys working with his instructor, and he seems to be improving already!

We've enjoyed the small class size and the visible progress. It seems like progressing through the levels is a set curriculum vs keeping a kid in a level indefinitely.
