We have had an incredible experience at SafeSplash! My daughter started here at just 3.5 years old, barely wanting to enter the pool. Thanks to the patient, encouraging, and highly skilled instructors, she progressed step by step through each stage—from Beginner 1 in semi-private lessons to Advanced 1 in group lessons. Over the past five years, she has not only developed strong swimming skills but has also grown a true love and passion for the sport. Swimming has become her favorite activity, and we are excited for her to continue for years to come. We are so grateful for the structured yet nurturing approach of the instructors, who make learning both fun and effective. Highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a place that fosters confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for swimming!
Ease of registration, phone staff listens and very willing to help/accomodate swimmer’s concerns during the registration process.
Swim instructor Sophie is very caring and patient, listens to swimmer’s concerns during lessons and gives good feedbacks regarding progress and goals.
Facility very clean.
Safe and ample parking.
Front staff very friendly.
Would come back as needed and highly recommend SafeSplash Swim School!
My son’s teacher, Ms Leslie is the best! Shes so patient and informative. She works so well with him and has boosted his pool confidence so much this year.
I like how Ms. Jaycee is involved with my daughter. She has learned a whole lot because of the hands on she’s provided. There should be a lot more teachers like her which I have not seen. That’s the reason why we switched from Sunday to Friday.
I will recommend SafeSplash to all family member. They have some great staff, however today when I went for swimming class the girl who was teaching my son her name is Melody kept talking to Janina for 30 minutes about movies and person matter. Janina kept talking about her brother Jay and all, no effort was put teach my autistic son who in enroll in Private lessons. I am very disappointed with the service provided I want a manager to look into this. When I ask who the manager is Ana said she the manager. The place was good but I not happy when I take time for my son daily life it is not valued. Since my son is non verbal he is not given the same respect. I want a manager to call me as soon as possible. If I don’t get the service I deserve I won’t put my son to learn at SafeSplash. Normally I don’t say things I know people want to socialize and have good mood but work ethic is something. I should give zero, but the other melody and Kal are great people and they knew how to respect a non verbal and autistic child. This a positive feedback we should have a proper manager on site and each lesson should be treat with time and effort. I have no problem is finding in another spot if I not treated with kindness and respect. My son Ryan love to swim and enjoy been there but today while the two girls were just passing time Ryan also ate the swim noddle today and could have chocked no safety was followed, since they are busy talking about private life. SafeSplash been a good company with this negligence will lose a lot of great clients. The system locked my score to 10 but the service is provided today is zero. I want a response and a resolution, if not will escalate this matter to highest level. The score does not matter please kindly coach the staff to understand that each family spend time and effort when we come to any place. Also today each child got progress sheet and Ana said Ryan does not get one since he does not have a teacher, if a manager was there one line could have been written and made us proud that my son is doing well. Later after complaining to Ana she said she will talk to the two girls and someone else will teach Ryan from next week. My humble request can a supervisor call me please. Ryan is enroll for private lesson one on one class, I am also hand writing a letter to bring this attention. I did not expect to be treated like this. This is main reason why I sit inside by the bench to watch when he attend swim lessons. Who is the main manager at this location, please follow back at [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED] or call[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]554.
This was the first time my son swam in a built in pool not touching the floor swim experience. The teacher was patient with my boy as he was hesitant then finally let some of his walls down to enjoy the swim. He having autism, it's been hard for us to fine activities that he likes so this experience was really great for him.
Our daughter joined the swimming school when she was 3 and a half years old, and now she is about to turn 8. Over the past 5 years, she has gone from being hesitant to even enter the water to swimming like a fish! Her progress has been smooth and steady, and she absolutely loves swimming. We’re confident that she will continue attending the school and look forward to seeing her master even more swimming skills in the year ahead. We highly recommend this school for its nurturing environment and excellent instruction.
Miss Leslie is great with my son. He had no previous training prior to starting with her and she has provided him so much patience and encouragement during his time. He is now much more confident and eager to be in class each week.
The staffs are very informative and approachable. I appreciated the help of the receptionist who took the time to ensure I’m able to get the classes the way I wanted. The swim instructors are sweet and fun. My daughter enjoyed the classes so forth.
