Our daughter joined the swimming school when she was 3 and a half years old, and now she is about to turn 8. Over the past 5 years, she has gone from being hesitant to even enter the water to swimming like a fish! Her progress has been smooth and steady, and she absolutely loves swimming. We’re confident that she will continue attending the school and look forward to seeing her master even more swimming skills in the year ahead. We highly recommend this school for its nurturing environment and excellent instruction.
Miss Leslie is great with my son. He had no previous training prior to starting with her and she has provided him so much patience and encouragement during his time. He is now much more confident and eager to be in class each week.
The staffs are very informative and approachable. I appreciated the help of the receptionist who took the time to ensure I’m able to get the classes the way I wanted. The swim instructors are sweet and fun. My daughter enjoyed the classes so forth.
I joined SafeSplash to learn swimming and I’m an adult so there was that nervousness when I reached there but Coach Ari was sweetest she made me comfortable and showed how can I overcome my fear for water. Overall I had wonderful experience can’t wait for my next class.
The facility was clean, staff was helpful and offered us a tour as it was our first time. We were a little disappointed that the deepest part of the pool was only 4.5 ft. I was hoping my 12 year old son (intermediate level 1) would be able to learn to get more comfortable in deeper water. The lap was too short of a distant as well, other than that our instructor, Kyle, was great at communicating and made my son feel comfortable by getting to know him. We like the techniques that were taught and will continue our classes for now.
My grandkids love their swim lessons. And they are swimming very well!
Feedback: Inflexibility. We can't be the only family that is split. My former daughter-in-law refuses to take the kids during her week and we only get one make up token a month. And then, we often can't get a session that is available (you only get one week) so we lose the only one we get. We'll be stopping eventually as we are losing too much money.
Also, I tried to schedule a make up session one day and the attendant was on the phone with a customer. For over 30 minutes. She never once acknowledged my presence at the desk even though she saw me. I eventually had to leave when the lesson was over. She could have at least taken my information to be contacted back.
I signed up my granddaughter for swim practice in September and no have no regrets. Great company and the employees are very nice and cordial. If you miss a class, they will allow you to make up the class.
Our kid was very afraid of the water and he quickly learned to love it! I do wish the class sizes were a max of 3 not 4 for 30 minutes so each kid gets a relative 10 minutes of swim time for cost.
My instructor was very patient and understanding about my fear of water. She was able to fully explain each movement and step in terms I can understand.
My son’s instructor, Leslie is great with kids. She’s very patient, professional and sweet! He gets more and more comfortable each class because of her!
