Coaches are amazing as is Jenny at the front desk- she’s a complete gem! The make up policy is less that ideal and I wish that we had the option to do 1hr every other week instead of 30min each week (it’s a lot- to get down there, parked, get everyone changed etc all on a school night for only 30 min)

Zach is a wonderful teacher - patient, calm, motivational. He makes our kids feel comfortable and confident in the water. And we really like the pool at Friendship Heights - it’s calm and quiet which helps our kids in the pool.

The coaches have been amazing, they are so friendly and patient and helped my daughter overcome her fear of water and progress all the way to learning how to swim. It has also been easy to schedule classes and reschedule them.

Zack is an amazing teacher! We have been so happy with him. The receptionist at the Friendship Heights pool could do a better job greeting swimmers. She rarely looks up from her iPad. Most recently I noticed Zack wasn’t there and she didn’t tell us upon check in. I went back to her and she said oh you will have a different teacher today and she just pointed over to the jacuzzi and said “he’s over there with the longer hair. You can go meet him if you’d like”. I had no idea who she was referring to. You do such an amazing job with communication so this isn’t a great way to represent your business.

Our son's instructor Zane has been AMAZING with him! Our son was resistant to swimming lessons for years, but had so much fun during his very first lesson because of how great Zane has been with him - encouraging, patient, and helping him feel comfortable trying new things. He has learned so much in just a couple weeks, feels proud of himself, and now says he loves swimming. Thanks to Zane and everyone at SafeSplash!
