So far all the instructors have been kind and gentle with our kid. We do feel that it’s a slow process for our kid so far in learning the instructions but the teachers have been good and patient with him. We also like that when we miss classes the school have been kind enough to give us make up classes and that they have been awesome to extend the token when we are unable to schedule a class within those two weeks.

Coach Joe is an awesome instructor and really teaches the kids. My child was able to learn and was motivated by coach Joe. This is really why we are at safe splash.

Mr. Joe is an excellent instructor and my daughter has learned so much. One suggestion I do have is for missed session the token is suppose to be use within two weeks and it should be longer.

All the instructors are very patient with the kids and so far my kids have really enjoyed their classes. I also really like ability to schedule make up classes through the app. My only feedback is that it there have been a couple of times that the pool had an issue (for eg heater broke down) and we only found out after we had arrived. My suggestion would be a more immediate feedback mechanism from the staff on site to the central team/app notifications.

My 9-year-old son has attended two sessions and I am glad he is in a class with only 2 kids. He is getting more water time than in a bigger group. So far all the staff have been very helpful and friendly to my son and me.
