My son was initially very anxious about swim lessons, as well as the deep pool. His swim instructor, Jessica, has such a sweet and friendly manor with the kids that she calmed his fears and has helped him progress so much in just a few months. He is always excited to see her and the other staff at this location, who are always kind, friendly, and excited to see us each week. The customer service is great, and they are always happy to answer questions and help solve issues.

In my opinion, it starts and ends with the instructors. We had the benefit of the best I’ve ever seen in Steve to begin with and subsequent instructors have been very helpful with my three grandkids who all enjoy and look forward to their swim lesson.
