My experience has been nothing but positive. Communication is wonderful. Staff really makes sure we are updated on all info. The biggest change has been Nafoa. My daughter’s attitude in the pool has really changed, she really trusts him. Nafoa is a patient, kind, & unbelievably understandable when he sees my daughter is nervous in the pool. He genuinely gets down on her level and reassures her. Thank you for all of your hard work.

I like the fact that Mercedes if very nice and great an providing me with the answers I need. I appreciate that my daughter can make-up any class she misses. The staff is, overall, friendly and knows how to work with kids, who many times, are not as focused as they could be.

The instructors are what makes safesplash a great place to learn to swim. From what I’ve observed and experienced with my daughter, the instructors energy, focus and attention makes a difference. Each of the instructors my daughter has had has kept a positive attitude, has motivated and encouraged her. Feedback they provide is also very important because it contributes to my daughter’s growth. As a parent, it’s amazing to see the progress your child has made knowing that when they first started they were completely afraid of water. Two years in the program and my daughter has gotten so much confidence and has been growing to be a strong swimmer. Swimming is an essential skill and I couldn’t be happier with safesplash! Thank you!

My daughter has loved the two teachers she has had. Both did a great job helping her feel safe in the water so she could learn to swim. Her progress over the year and a half she has been taking lesson has been incredible to watch. I think the curriculum is very well developed and works well. The teachers and staff are all very helpful and kind. My daughter was very apprehensive about swimming because she was scared she would go under. But working with her teachers, she built skills and confidence, and now is very comfortable and safe in the water.

One of the swim teachers recognized I signed my child up for a lower level lesson than my child’s ability and made sure she told the deck leader to find a class more appropriate for his level. My child was quickly reassigned in less than 24 hours (STRONG WORK) Appreciate that my dollars being spent go to improving ability and ensuring progress.

I really love my son’s instructor, Whitney from the Bellflower location, as she knows how to customize his sessions and push him to his limits but in a playful and fun way. She allows him to reach his full potential and achieves great progress in such a short period of time. Love her!
