Everything. All the employees were so welcoming. They put myself and my kiddos at ease. Even when my two year old cried for the first 10 min of the lesson they were so patient with her and she ended up loving the experience. They also took the time to reassure me while she was so upset. My 5 year old also enjoyed his lesson. Thank you for making swim lessons so easy and fun!

The facilities are clean and well kept, staff are friendly and helpful, and the teachers are fantastic. All around a great experience. They have helped my daughter progress from being very tentative in the water to being a confident, independent swimmer.

The overall experience is effective and efficient. We are very satisfied to visually see the progress in swimming and safety of our daughter. The instructors, Amy and Ella have been beyond stellar in honing in our daughter’s skills. The gentle and friendly interaction by all the staff makes us feel safe and welcomed. And Will takes the game home, he is amazing, not only in support, in consultation and helping us find the right times to continue advancing our daughter in the sport of swimming and the safety in the water! Just OUTSTANDING!

Wonderful staff helped me figure out what schedule worked for my family. They have really made this experience so much more enjoyable for us. Instructors have been super supportive and helpful of my kids learning. I have 2 and 1 year old. I’ve been to many swim programs and this is the one we will stick with.

I would have loved to have our instructor come out and introduce themselves to me at our first lesson. Turns out our first lesson was given by a substitute. This was fine, I just would have liked to have known as no one told me. I’m just someone that likes a lot of communication. Other than this, which really is minor, the lessons themselves have been great. I can tell that the instructors are top-notch. The facility is top-notch. I’m excited to see how my kids progress.

The front desk staff is welcoming. The teachers are knowledgeable and are good at nurturing while also encouraging children to do something new that might be a bit scary. The facility is clean and the other grownups in the waiting area are kind. There is a professional, but family feel to the place.

Safe splash does an amazing job! From the second you walk in the door the faces are friendly and welcoming. All of the instructors are all versed and very competent. The staff is so inviting. They are able to accommodate our ever changing crazy schedules. We couldn’t ask for a better place!
