The class is on time, the staff are all helpful, kind, and supportive. My daughter seems to be having a fun time in her first two classes. Who knew swim caps were so helpful and necessary!? I’m hopeful we will be long time participants.

Rhi is AMAZING. She is kind and very welcoming. Always has a smile on her face and makes you feel at home. Even when you chat on the phone with her, the same person over the phone is the same in person. She is very helpful and any questions you have, she has the answers. I am very sorry to not catch my son’s instructors name the other day, but she was wonderful. I saw how comfortable she made him feel and he told me how much fun he had learning from her, you could see him grinning ear to ear when he looked over at me. She let him be silly but also made sure he was learning and doing the indirections correctly.

Friendly staff, the location is very clean and all the additional services are good, clean. For the parents you have an space to waiting and see your kids, also have a little space for the siblings who are waiting or even the kids who take the classes. The training staff are friendly With the kids.

My children both loved their trial swim classes. They were really engaged with the teacher and comfortable in the water. The facility is beautiful and so clean! I felt like our family had plenty of room to get the kids dried, changed and out the door.

All of the staff is very welcoming! We are always greeted once we step in. The staff remembers my kids by their names, which I feel like is very important. My youngest one wasn’t ready for swim class when we tried it a few months ago, but when he kept seeing how excited my older son gets for swim class, he eventually eased up and looks forward to swim class every week! The coaches are very patient and understanding with each child’s needs. The only downfall is having 2 kids upset with having to leave swim class :)

The people, all around, from the front desk to swim instructors are all very nice and welcoming. They know our kids by name and are very knowledgable about what they can and can't do, along with their fears, which they help them work through. We love it there!
