Small class sizes, and a smaller pool. We have done classes at large facilities with 10 classes going on at once and it is stressful for new swimmers and distracting. I love walking in and knowing the staff: everyone is SO friendly to my 2.5 year old. The facility is always clean as well.

I have no comments relative to Lone Tree. It's a great school and a great staff, and I always look forward to my lessons. My comments are regarding the website safesplash.com I recently had the rare occasion where I wanted to log into my account, so I went to safesplash.com and could not find a login icon. I had to FIND A LOCATION, add my zip code, look for the closest school, and click on that locations before getting to the Lone Tree page and finding the log in icon. It's like being a potential customer every time, not an established one. It would make much more sense to have a login option from the main page. I understand you have multiple locations, but there has to be a more direct way. I learned to type in safesplash.com/lone tree, but I only figured that out from trial and error. There has to be an easier way from the corporate page, such as an icon for existing customers.

The kids have fun but it has taken a year to move up and I'd like to see the kids brought in to their lesson before and actually in the water on time. When the classes are only 30 minutes, being 5 minutes kate makes a big difference. Other than that, all the new management and staff are doing great.

Efforts put by instructors in making our son comfortable with swimming was great. Swimming techniques come later but our son was nervous about swimming lessons and instructors put time and effort into that. Once he felt comfortable he started learning quickly.

I am 74 and just took my first lesson. i have never been comfortable in a pool. Lindsay was so patient, and so kind. By the end of the first lesson, I was able to relax and was comfortable putting my face in the water. I am looking forward to learning more and being able to swim with my grandkids.

I like the timeliness of everything and the helpful instructors. I was told my kid was going to be tested for the next level but never received feedback. Other than that, it’s a lovely, clean, safe swim school!

I recently took my first-ever adult swimming class, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As someone who was initially nervous about learning to swim later in life, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and supportive the environment was. The instructor was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and really skilled at breaking down the techniques in a way that made everything feel manageable.I’m so glad I took the plunge—this class exceeded all my expectations. We’ll keep coming for my 8 months baby swimming lessons.

We love SafeSplash! We have done SwimJams for the last two summers and both of my boys recently started weekly lessons. The instructors are great, the facilities are clean and modern, and the managers are professional and helpful.

We have had a great experience at Safe Splash. My son has been in private lessons and Swim Jams. Through the different courses of lessons, our son has progressed and he likes learning to swim. He is learning the fundamentals of swimming in an age appropriate way. Safe Splash has made him feel comfortable learning to swim, and we love seeing his progress!

The envionment was clean, welcoming, and well organized. This is my third swimming school and it seems like the full package on my first experience. It is definitely worth the further drive to come and I look forward to continuing my kiddos lessons this summer!
