The staff and facility are top notch! Our child is Autistic and from our first phone call with Zach explaining our needs, he was so receptive and accommodating.
We had our first swim lesson and Zach showed us around and had such care that you almost felt like you were at a friend’s or family members home taking lessons.
Lamar our swim instructor was great too and receptive also of our child’s needs. Zach was also aware of possible sensory triggers with an upcoming class (going into the pool with clothes apart of their safety awareness) and let us know so we could prepare toparticipate or do our own version.
We had so much fun and are so grateful to have found SafeSplash that not only accepts us, but gets us!
The staff and teachers are friendly. Both of my girls feel comfortable and confident in the water, and we've seen real progress in their skills. The environment is clean, welcoming and well organized.
I’m going from being afraid of the water to being much more comfortable. I appreciate everyone’s patience in helping me achieve my swimming goals! It’s satisfying making progress so I can eventually swim with confidence!
The staff are welcoming, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The most important feature for me is the temperature of the pool. I’ve taken aqua workout classes at the gym before. I dreaded getting into the pool because it took about 20 minutes for my body to warm up. The entire class would immediately after the class was done would go into the hot tub or steam room.
Thank you all!
Zack was great with setting up the lessons for Iris. He added an additional class to accommodate our time schedule. "Pink" her swim teach is great - she had a lot of patience with Iris and got her to love her lessons! The girl at the front desk was most helpful and cheerful. Would highly recommend this location due to the employees there.
We’ve had a wonderful experience at SafeSplash Lone Tree! The facilities are new and clean. There’s activities on the side for my other child while their sibling is swimming. The team and manager at SafeSplash Lone Tree have also been tremendously helpful with scheduling and getting our boys in the right class.
Small class sizes, and a smaller pool. We have done classes at large facilities with 10 classes going on at once and it is stressful for new swimmers and distracting. I love walking in and knowing the staff: everyone is SO friendly to my 2.5 year old. The facility is always clean as well.
I have no comments relative to Lone Tree. It's a great school and a great staff, and I always look forward to my lessons. My comments are regarding the website safesplash.com
I recently had the rare occasion where I wanted to log into my account, so I went to safesplash.com and could not find a login icon.
I had to FIND A LOCATION, add my zip code, look for the closest school, and click on that locations before getting to the Lone Tree page and finding the log in icon. It's like being a potential customer every time, not an established one.
It would make much more sense to have a login option from the main page. I understand you have multiple locations, but there has to be a more direct way. I learned to type in safesplash.com/lone tree, but I only figured that out from trial and error. There has to be an easier way from the corporate page, such as an icon for existing customers.
The kids have fun but it has taken a year to move up and I'd like to see the kids brought in to their lesson before and actually in the water on time. When the classes are only 30 minutes, being 5 minutes kate makes a big difference. Other than that, all the new management and staff are doing great.
