Coaches are very friendly, patient with kids and don’t aggressively push kids to perform. They let the kids progress at their own pace. And when a make up class needs to be scheduled they help find an available slot that works for us.

My 5 year old son is a beginner and Coach Joe has been great at making him feel comfortable in the water. Lots of laughter and it’s impressive to watch him learn. We don’t need him to be an expert, but we do want him to be comfortable and not scared of the water. It’s taking some time but I continue to see progress and the coaches are very attentive and reinforce good behavior with high fives etc. My son is excited every Thursday we are going to swim!

Lessons 10 out of 10: Coach Anushe is wonderful. She is patient and skillful at instructing the kids to engage in the techniques she is teaching them. My son has some special needs and she is able to keep him calm and to keep him motivated to continue. Administration 7 out of 10: There is a disconnect between the online system, the main response desk and the personnel at the locations. I had to call daily to try to confirm a trial lesson and, finally, the day before the trial was set to occur, the agent was able to send a confirmation. There are no SafeSplash reception workers onsite; only swim instructors. So, while the person on the phone said that I could set up lessons and pay onsite, as far as I can tell there is no way to do that.

I have been taking weekly adult swim lessons since January. Azul who I believe is the director, is amazing! I've had her in a couple of my makeup classes and she is very patient! She also always remembers me and is super friendly and welcoming when she sees me. Siv is my usual instructor and she is an amazing instructor as well. She watches my form and everything and gives me the best feedback and tips. I also feel super comfortable with her and less anxious each time.

The swimming staffs are very friendly, My son is able to pick up the instruction and moved up level every couple of month. Out of all the flexibility of the location and convenient the gym is very satisfactory experience.
