Our experience with Shayna has been nothing short of excellent! She is so wonderful with our toddler; communicative, sweet, understanding, and very knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate the weekly updates on progress and areas for continued practice. Our experience with substitute instructors and the front desk staff at Safe Splash has also been consistently superb! Everyone is extremely welcoming and truly cares about our kids.

Everyone has been absolutely wonderful as my son has transitioned from the parent-tot class to a toddler class. Someone has sat behind him while he calms down and encourages him the whole time. They seem committed to ensuring his success.

Miss Shayna has been a wonderful teacher. She's very engaging and our son loves her. The sequence of the class is thorough, and I'm able to see improvements in my son's comfort and skills in the water just over a few months.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped to put our daughter at ease when we walked in. The instructor utilized the entire 30 minutes for lessons and was very sweet and patient. We've only had 1 lesson, but look forward to coming back. The lesson we observed looked very beneficial and has helped our daughter build confidence.

We had the BEST experience with all 3 of my kids at safe splash! They were so communicative and had the best instructors. They taught all three of my kids how to swim in 6 months. I could not recommend them enough! We will miss going every week because of how caring, gentle and understanding they are!

We loved our instructor Caleb and how he demonstrated each activity and then came around to offer 1:1 support. He was patient with our 10-month-old, so it was a very positive experience! The only reason I chose a 9/10 instead a 10/10 is because the changing rooms are not set up well for parents with babies. After our ParentTot class, everyone was waiting for the 2 bathroom stalls to be able to change diapers. It would be nice if more changing tables for babies were available.
