Staff was friendly and welcoming on our first visit, offered a tour and explained what we could expect for first class. My 4 year old son was a little bit hesitant about getting into the pool, but we (parents) could see through the window how kind and patient the pool deck staff and instructor were. He got over his initial fear and had a blast with the lesson - he can't wait to come back for the next one. A big thanks for the patience and calm that supported him in this introduction, it made all the difference to get him excited, enjoying the setting, and ready to learn and have fun.

We enjoy the friendly staff and their patience. The small class size allows for individualized attention which is very unique and important to us. Communication is also key. We appreciate knowing what our child is working on and how close they are to reaching their next level!
The only thing we would ask for is more consistency with instructors- we totally understand sickness and things come up but it us important to us to have the same instructor for each level so we can anticipate who will be instructing our child and so that they are the most comfortable!

The staff and teachers are all very friendly and welcoming and great with kids.
Sometimes I would like to see the teachers push the students a little more, but I know it's hard with the ratios sometimes.
It would be nice to have a consistent teacher each week so they know the student's abilities better

We truly cannot say enough about our experience with swim lessons at SafeSplash! From the very first day, we were met with such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Our daughters are naturally shy, but the staff immediately put them at ease—greeting them with kindness, taking the time to chat with them, and even surprising them with a thoughtful bag of goodies that made the day feel extra special.
The staff went above and beyond, walking our girls into the facility and clearly explaining what to expect as they entered the pool area. We've participated in many youth programs, but this was by far the most engaging and reassuring first-day experience we've had. It made our girls feel genuinely safe, seen, and excited to begin. And yes—they absolutely love their new towels!
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I want to give your team a standing ovation. You truly understand how impactful a first impression can be, especially for young children trying something new.
Every instructor our girls have had has been fantastic—kind, attentive, and skilled. We’re already seeing great progress in their swimming skills each week.
My husband and I continue to sing SafeSplash’s praises to friends and family. Thank you for creating such a positive and professional environment. Keep up the amazing work!

We love the small group classes, the clean pool, clean dressing rooms/bathrooms, the high technology swimming tank and can’t forget all the employees customer service and friendliness is a big plus specially how they know my child by her name when we walk thru the door is a very personal experience.
