We LOVE LOVE Alyssa. She's always been so patient and kind with our daughter, Dani. When we started toddler transition after parent tot Dani was a typical two year old and would have issues focusing and listening. Alyssa was always patient with her and all the other kids. She always figured out a way to make the lesson fun and I appreciate her soo much.
I like that each each level is broken down into very small bites. It helps see where they are improving and what they need to work on. That being said, both of my kids have seemed to get stuck at the 99% completion level for weeks on end. Is it because they just don’t have the last skill down or is it that teachers are not always proactive about leveling up? Also, if they have a sub or a makeup class, it seems the teachers are hesitant to check any boxes. This can be a problem if they get stuck in a cycle where a teacher is absent a lot, student gets sick, etc., and there is not the consistency needed to write down their improvements. I’m not upset. Just an observation.
I love both the facility and the teacher. The facility makes it great for watching my daughter while feeling like my toddler who is not swimming is able to play in a safe and inviting environment.
I like that even with the small kids I don’t have to be in the pool with them. Hannah is very patient and knowledgeable and my swimmer has improved so much since being in her class.
The place is always clean, they make sure they put safety as a top priority, and they are flexible with scheduling, but the golden jewel is the instructors specifically Alyssa. My daughters went in there with zero knowledge or skills, but Alyssa their instructor is patient and knows how to implement her skills in a way that kids can comprehend. She always has a calm and cheerful attitude throughout the lessons, you can tell she really cares about the kids she’s teaching and their progress. I believe my daughters picked up on all of this and they’re always excited to go to swim class. One of my daughters Recently we took them to a swimming park and my wife and I were amazed on how much they have learned as they were implementing their swimming skills throughout our visit at the park. We highly recommend it’s pricey yes, but it’s worth it.
Easy check in process, kind and helpful staff who jumped in right away to give us a tour of the facility, and the instructor was wonderful! My daughter loved her and enjoyed every activity
We love SafeSplash! The staff is friendly, communication is great, and Coach Hannah is wonderful. I especially appreciate how they celebrate when kids level up, it makes the experience even more special and encouraging for the little ones.
My family loves safe splash! The entire staff is so welcoming and nice! The instructors have made giant leaps of progress with my kids in a few short months! They used to be afraid of the water without floaties and now they can successfully swim and dive for toys!
The registration process was very user friendly. All of my questions were answered promptly. The facility is clean, welcoming and user friendly. My 4 year old grandson’s instructor Hannah is amazing! She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and consistent during the lesson. I highly recommend her for young children!
Our first day our toddler was a little scared. A gal came over and gave us options on how to help her. We decided that leaving her with the swim instructor was the best choice for our toddler. You can still see your child through the glass window. She absolutely loves swimming and going to class! Hannah has been amazing with Ela and knows how to handle her!
