I liked that the instructors are really patient and nice to the kids. My child enjoys being part of a group and learning how to swim better. He also feel encouraged and challenged by the instructors. The only issue is when instructors are out, there are no replacements or substitutes, or if one quits it puts a pause on the classes. Overall, the location and program is nice, and good customer service.
