The classes begin precisely on time so the children got all the time that was due to them in the class. The teachers were very active with the students seemingly every second of the class so no time was wasted and the kids also seem to have a good time.
Lots of class options.
I did not like that when my daughter was in beginner three which is a deep end class. It was moved to the shallow end.
Water needs to be changed out more frequently. She comes home smelling horrific. I let her bathing suit sit out & It smell like a sour diaper, I know that smell it’s not chlorine. It’s pee. Way too much pee in the pool.
The instructors here are very kind and patient with all kids. I’ve seen kids go from kicking and screaming in their parents arms to kicking and splashing with smiles in the water with the instructors! My daughter swims here and Loves going! She’s learned so much in such a short period and continues to learn more each time!
I love that my kids learn how to swim while also having fun. The relationships between coaches and kids is amazing. I’ve loved getting to cheer on the other kids in class and build that community between families. As an ex pediatric er nurse watching my kids learn the importance of water safety is key. Thank you safe splash west Warwick for the amazing community
The have been nothing but exceptional when it comes to my girls. They are warm and welcoming from the minute to step through the doors. They are extremely patient with the kids even when my girls are having a tough day with listening and paying attention.
Organized and structured lessons. I like the versatility of the mobile app for scheduling make-ups, class changes, etc. I would recommend adding more changing rooms (even portable or curtain ones) for times when classes are full or staggering start times (ex: Toddlers/Parents offset from rest of kid’s swim lessons).
