Student progression while enjoying a fun, safe swim experience.
Instructor professional and attention to detail
Front desk staff/management provide a warm welcoming environment and provide great customer service.
We’ve been coming to this swim school for over 5 years. Although the transition from ripples to safe splash was a little bumpy we are happy with how things are going. My boys love coming to swim class. It’s nice to see the same faces week after week and my boys are very comfortable here. Great staff great team. Keep up the good work.
The team is friendly and so patient with children. They take the time to help children who
May be fearful or have different needs. The instructors provide high quality programs
I like being able to go in the pool with my son since he is so young. I like the community feeling of his small class, since it’s usually the same people every time. I have liked all of the instructors we’ve had so far, but my son really gravitates towards Kalli. She always makes him smile and he definitely looks forward to seeing her every week.
The swim instructors are great with the children, I appreciate their efforts in getting the children in a make up or pick up class, the facility seems cleaner than it was in past, and the children have certainly gained abilities with their swimming skills while having fun.
I've had a great experience at Safe splash over the last 2 years. The facilities are clean and the staff are kind and helpful. The only thing that has changed is that the parent tot class has been consistently ending 5-7 minutes early. In my previous experience it would go at least 28-29 minutes. I also have my toddler in class at the same time and her class does use the full time alotted.
I’d love more insight into how far along the student is in the level and what they still need to do to move on. If you miss the week that it’s splash and tell you don’t ever talk to the teacher
Our son gets a lot of attention from being in the small groups and I feel good about his safety. There are at least 6 instructors in the pool plus a life guard for his and others safety. Also I like the atmosphere and location of the classes.
Both boys are doing very well with swim.
I think when the WAVE teachers included Trevor most kids in the class did much better as he was actively involved with the students in the class. I loved when there were 3 instructors because it gave the kids immediate feedback and correction to help with their techniques. I think one instructor with 6 kids is a lot and cannot provide the necessary feedback as the instructor cannot watch that many kids skill set at once. I also think placing a newer teacher in this class as a substitute was not beneficial for any of the kids one day as she sat on the side of the pool and did not engage with the kids. I spoke to the manager on duty that day and he took care of the issue, but having seen what the class should look like and what has been happening is a bit discouraging.
Ethan is the most amazing swim instructor for Conor. He gets Conor's swim style and made recommendations for when we put him in an additional class with another instructor to help him with his endurance.
The front staff is amazing (Hannah and Mackenzie) and super helpful. They are pleasant and always enjoy talking to the boys.
Meg- you are also awesome and we cannot thank you enough for helping out with the class change to accommodate our family.
I like the small class size that allows for a lot of
Individual attention. I feel like it’s a good value for the price. The pool, waiting room and changing rooms are all clean and well kept.
Love the instructors and how they interact with the kids, especially during the parent tot class. Very patient, encouraging and my son has really been enjoying the class with Miss Callie every week!
