Buying our new Brinkley camper from General RV in Salisbury was a great experience! Our salesman Alan Hansen was great to work with. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. My wife and I never felt pressured and Alan was always there and very responsive to our multiple questions. No matter when we came into the facility we were always met with a friendly greeting and had a pleasant experience. Great place to buy an RV!

I have had to bring my new fifth wheel in for service 6 times in the 7 months we have purchased it from General RV, however the service we get from Kayla Fesperman has been top notch. She is very dedicated to getting the service done and has been very good about sending me updates.

Everything, from the beginning talking with Greg Raczynski (Internet Specialist) and Adam Germain (National Business Manager) to the actual day of pick up. Words cannot explain the level of professionalism and care that these guys brought to the table. My family and I are new to camping and the process was great! In my honest opinion I believe that it is more than just a 'sale' to them, I talked with these individuals on a regular basis throughout the purchase like I had known them my whole life. I will be forever grateful for them and their knowledge, and I know that I can trust them with our concerns and needs in the future. Thank you all very much!!
