I had reservations going in due to very discouraging online reviews but I figured I’ll give it a shot and responded to an online ad for a used travel trailer. But my experience was very pleasurable. From the front desk greeting me with a big smile. To Erick giving me a tour, to Kevin honoring and working with me to follow up on the deal I had with Erick previously , my entire experience was awesome. Very impressive.....I highly recommend coming here. The staff is amazing, the service they go above and beyond to help you. We purchased our 2026 Alliance Delta 25RL on 08/22/2026 and absolutely love it. They fixed any issues before we even left with the camper. Great overall experience. Alan was great to work with, as well as the guy who showed us the RV on the day of purchase. It did take a while to hook up and leave, due to an issue with the fridge not working, but no big deal. They lady that did the service work was great. I have already sent a friend to you guys and they ended up purchasing a brand new 5th wheel. I nice cooler or something would be a great appreciation gift.
