Straight forward service, easy, great prices, nice staff seemed willing to help answer any questions. I felt like I was treated with a fair purchase and not taken for a ride or advantage of. My only regret is that I wished I would of purchased my other travel trailer from general rv as well instead of camping world! The no hidden fees meant alot!
