We were greeted when entering to pickup our travel trailer by two ladies and directed to Sam, who was fantastic and had answers to all our questions and was very knowledgeable, Rodney was our salesman excellent service, Cameron help me a ton and bailed me out when we got stuck on the road Lisa was great, I forgot some names but everyone we dealt with were great!

The service rep Ollie and Becky worked very hard to get to the bottom of our concerns and issues we had with our 16 foot travel trailer. They both explained the process of what they were going to do to try to help us. Ollie took time to answer and thoroughly explain answers to the 101 questions we had. He checked into different possibilities of why the camera we had installed was not pairing up. He researched info on the electric brake we had installed to help us better understand how to use it properly. He showed my husband an easier way to put on and take off the sway bars, as well as the best way to connect and secure the chains so they are not dragging. He was SOOO HELPFUL! He did not get annoyed or make us feel bad for not knowing this stuff. He paid attention to learning about where things were on our trailer so he would know for future visits or other clients. The whole team was very nice to us. As we waited for the ball bearing tires to be repacked the way they were checking in on us and others as we waited for the services to be completed was appreciated. They get a 10 from us!

From my friendly salesperson, Haley Huton, to CJ Young and Matt Combs in finance, and all the way to the cheerful Kristen at the front desk, the entire experience was welcoming, professional, and completely stress-free.
We live in Miami, Florida, and chose to drive all the way to Salisbury, North Carolina, to purchase our unit, even though we had plenty of options closer to home. In the end, the great deal and exceptional friendliness of the team were simply too good to pass up. We couldn’t be happier with our decision!

It’s been a different experience - positive - working with service writer Leah Meacham. She does what she says she’s going to do and actually calls the customer with updates! The techs appear to do quality work, and they have a good shop manager (Matt). Mark Anderson is still my favorite sales person.

I came back to look at the rv's again and Patrick was awesome! He was very patient with me as I went back and forth between a couple of campers. Then we went to see one more.....and that was it!!!!! Fell in ❤️ the moment I went in.
I really didn't think I would be eligible to purchase it but Brian worked his magic!!!
The day my walk through came I was over the moon. Steve and Bruce were AMAZING!!! They were so patient with my 1000 questions. They made sure I understood how my camper worked. I couldn't have asked for better assistance with my purchase of my camper.
