Everyone was great to work with. The friendliness and courtesy was top notch. Cameron and his team went overboard to make a good deal with us. Trinity was a very good sales rep and did a great job. Sam walked us around the unit and answered all questions and did an outstanding job. All in all, it was a very good and frankly unexpected experience. This was our 3 unit and never have we been treated this way before.

I recently had my Class A motorhome serviced at General RV in Salisbury, NC. I've been coming here for about a year now, and it's great to see the impact that Service Manager Chris is having on the department. Kayla, my service advisor did a great job getting me in, completing my service, and following up with me (even just to let me know she couldn't get to my email and would get back to me the next day). That's true customer service - communication and follow through. When I came to pick up my coach, it was already pulled up in the service bay and ready for me to hook up and go. A big shout out to Robert - one of the Service Techs. He did an awesome job troubleshooting an electrical issue on my toad. He was patient and thorough and made sure the job was done right. Even taught me a few things along the way. Again, Chris is really doing a great job improving the end to end service department. Can't thank him and his team enough.

The entire process was very simple, and everyone that worked with us made sure it was everything we were looking for.
