The Selection was awesome. The customer service was top notch. The process was very easy. I have purchased three RVs over the years. The primary thing that truly stood out at General RV included actually being listened to. They of course had to run a checklist here and there, and as I responded with experience, the line of questions stopped. They never once pushed to sale me anything, it was constantly, "Sir what do you need", and they found ways to accommodate. There was never a single moment I felt rushed, pushed, or seemed like I was in the middle of a sales pitch. Outside of treating me like a human and not a sale, their price was phenomenal. They beat the other two places I was talking too by thousands of dollars. I never disclosed what the other prices where, they just beat them naturally. Jaqui was my sales Rep, Top Notch!, CJ was my Finance Guy, Top Notch!, Sam walked me through my RV, Top Notch!, and I even met Cam, the GM. Cam was genuinely interested in some of my decisions, not to change my thought process, but to understand where they can meet the customer even better next time. I will buy from them again, and I am already recommending them to everyone I know who owns an RV.

Everyone in sales, finance, service, and parts was knowledgeable and informative. Sales was excellent in answering questions and taking the time to show the campers we were interested in. Financial team was spot on in returning calls and getting us the best deal. Parts and floor sales were equally as efficient, helping us understand the equipment needed to get started. We were given an in-depth tour of the camper we purchased, reviewing every detail. We loved Ivan’s tour of the camper-it was a special “treat”! Everyone in service out-did themselves in getting us ready to hit the road—hooking up and showing us operation of the hitch and safety equipment. The people at General RV are truly a team from the minute you walk in. It was a good experience for my wife and me. If you’re new to camping, go to General RV first, that way you’ll know how buying an RV should be. Everyone we met and worked with did a fantastic job.

Positive experience having a couple of minor warranty items addressed. While waiting for the work to complete, I had conversations with several General RV staff - parts desk, service manager, shop manager, and finance guy - all great folks.

Friendly staff that all were making sure customers were taken care of, if they needed anything, and that they were comfortable. All the staff made sure to keep customers in the loop and answer any questions they might have. GM even came to personally meet customers who just bought an RV from the dealer.
