Shalay took the time to advise me about my hair concerns so that I could find some solutions and problem solve. She treated me nicely, asked if I was comfortable etc. and made sure I was happy with the look. I recently had a bad salon experience (at a different salon) where I was left with hair dye dripping down my face for 30 minutes and a lot of my skin was stained. Thankfully this was the exact opposite!
