I absolutely love everything about Salt Yoga! The location, instructors, the heat and the amount of classes everyday. Never have to miss a class!

Love Megan's Wednesday class, love that her class is focused more on hard movements rather than purely pace of movements. Watching her it never looks that hard, then I try it and it's way harder than it looks, then I am embarrassingly sore the next day at my desk job.
My only comment - I wish more instructors used the essential oil sprays for the ending savasana (this is a general comment after taking classes with multiple instructors so not targeted towards sweet Megan). Personally, I am very ADD so it is hard for my brain to be silent and focus purely on the present moment for more than 5 seconds before an intruding thought comes in so the smell of the essential oils is incredibly helpful to stimulate my senses & center my focus on that present sensation.
That is just my personal preference which could be incredibly outweighed by others who say they dislike instructors using it. If my preference is in the minority of opinions on this then please disregard!!
Such a pleasant experience. The teach held so much space for expansion and I felt really cared for. If you forgot your equipment there is plenty provided.
Always a great experience. I moved and hadn’t been to SALT in 4 years. I was able to visit this past Tuesday and still had a great time. The instructor is talented and thorough. The room is heated to the perfect temperature and I always leave feeling energized. Grateful to see this Tulsa staple still thriving in the community.
