I really like the fellowship and finding new friends, along with getting back into physical shape with some of the friends that we have. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to find new friends and get back into physical condition. Thanks to the Sampson Co. YMCA and their staff.

Everyone I have ever talked that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. My favorite part of everything is the cleanliness . It's clear the staff makes a conscious effort to keep it that way.......... Second best in my humble opinion is the indoor pool, open all year. With that comes swimming lesson and aquatic sports..... Everyone should at least be able to tread water , you just never know........

Always friendly and courteous staff. The workout area is cleaned regularly and if you see anything that needs attention you can always let them know. I like the new and updated equipment. The YMCA is involved in a lot of community programs that benefit our community.
