3 years and counting at the Sampson County YMCA! 💪🏽 What started as a workout spot became a community, a stress reliever, a confidence builder, and a place where I’ve grown stronger — inside and out. I truly love my Y and see firsthand the impact it has on the Clinton community. It’s more than a gym — it’s fellowship, accountability, and healing in motion. As a woman of 59, the instructors encourage me and make me realize that I am more than capable, I can keep up, I CAN WIN THE RACE! Grateful for every class, every encouraging word, and every drop of sweat. Here’s to many more years of moving my body and healing my mind at the Y! 💛
