Clean place, friendly staff, I have a severe anxiety disorder and don't like doing new things. I've never worked out at a gym before and was very uncomfortable until I took the tour. Today was my first day and all I did was walk on the walking track so I can't comment on much more than that at the moment but I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to get back in the morning to experience more :)
