Convenience, ease of pickup and dropoff, numerous locations for pickup and dropoff, dependable, easy to adjust and comfortable bikes. Only negative is the basket carrier on the front of the bike has several large openings which allow a plastic water bottle to slip out.

We were traveling the Mission Trail, and it was convenient that there was a bike location at each mission. It was easy to figure out simple to use and so much fun. However, the adjustments for the seat height are very, very stiff and difficult to maneuver. I went back two different times to get a bike that I could adjust because it was so difficult.

Downloaded the app at the bike rack and got set up in only a few minutes. The bikes were in good shape, nearly fully charged, and easy to learn how to use. The front basket was a huge bonus, as I forgot my backpack. Definitely a perfect way to tour the missions around San Antonio.
