On Thursday may 11 three gentlemen representing your company came out to our residence to give us an estimate. We wanted them to take half a load on that Saturday; for some unknown reason, other than it seemed as though they did not want to work, they said "they couldn't do it today," and we agreed they would come back on Thursday, and if certain steps were taken, then on Thursday they would take a half load or approx. 300$ worth. On Thursday, while at work, I receive a call stating a full load was picked up, even though no one called to confirm, we did not put out what we wanted taken, they did not take a picture of what would be tak n; all of which was supposed to happen prior to them taking the stuff from our property. To make matters worse, we keep "missing" each other's calls, and I received a bill; which I responded to and still have yet to receive a response. I am unhappily willing to come to a monetary agreement, however no one has contacted me until I received this message today. Your company did not in the least bit follow the protocol we agreed to and therefore have forfeited the right to payment. Nobody told them to take a full load. We had only discussed a half load and even that was never confirmed. And why on Gods green earth would you take the junk without confirming first? And now you expect me to pay for a full load that was never agreed upon or even discussed?
I appreciate that I was contacted well in advance that driver was running behind schedule. I again was notified in advance that we would have to reschedule for the next morning.
The two men were courteous and professional.
The first appointment was not honored. We had to call to find out if they were going to show up and then it was scheduled for the following week. Finally, someone from the office called us to collect payment after services were provided and suggested that we weren't going to pay. I don't know what possessed someone to make such a claim, we run our business on integrity and honesty two things we found lacking from Junk King.
