I came in to brows with no intention of buying anything. Sean had an easy going no pressure attitude. He showed a genuine interest in what I was looking for and my needs. He scanned my feet, dig a gait analysis and recommended a couple of running shoes and inserts for my needs. Before I knew it I was checking out with $360 in sales and more knowledgeable in my gait, shoe size, needs and happy with my purchase. A wonderful store and people. Thanks Stan Spence
First off, the store has a really well curated selection of running shoes—only the newest releases from legit brands. There is no junk on the shelves.
Secondly, I thought the staff was cordial, low key and effortlessly helpful. They know what they’re doing and the whole diagnostic thing where they measure your feet took like all of 60 seconds. I liked the way the salesperson interpreted the numbers for me. She brought out 3 different options for me to try and they were all really good. She clearly listened to what I said about my running style, some past injuries and concerns, and my regimen because all the sneakers she picked were pretty much spot on.
As a longtime runner who is older now and more brittle than I used to be, it gave me a lot of confidence to interact with people that know what they’re doing without being overbearing and to have such a high quality selection of running sneakers to chose from. I went for my first run this afternoon in my new sneakers and they are fantastic.
A big thanks to the good people at Fleet Feet.
Katy is fabulous!
The whole process is awesome.
I felel confident that the shoes, inserts, etc will vastly improve my comfort and support.
I already have a list of people of whom I plan on referring them to FF.
