The technician who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. I have an old dog who has accidents now a days so he was able to get various stains out and recommended products to help with her accidents. The rugs look amazing and smell great. Appointments are easy to set up online. Staff is polite and professional. Guards are put on furniture corners and I'm always asked if I have specific areas for them to address. Gave me booties so we could walk on the carpet same day.
