The technician who came out went above and beyond to save my carpet. I’ve had my carpets cleaned a few times and Mason really put his all into ensuring my carpet was the best it could be. I told him I was only having it cleaned to prove to my husband our kids ruined it and justify purchasing new carpet. Mason did such a good job cleaning that he ruined my shot at new carpet. He was great!

The technician was prompt, explained what he was going to do and what options for add-ons were available. He was efficient in completing the work (which was pristine) and made sure we were happy with the results before leaving and explaining how long it would take to dry leaving us with booties to wear if we had to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry.
