Employee was very professional and helpful. My carpet is 14 years old and had never been professionally cleaned after years of two big dogs. The carpet looks shades lighter, however there are pet stains that came back even though they were specially treated. I am selling my home and I think it looks well enough for sale. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
