The employee was very courteous and did a great job on our 2 rooms and stairs. This was our first time using Zerorez They were a little later than we expected due to a job in Poway taking longer. But it all worked out.

I have been using Zero Rez for years and years but this year, 2025, my service was not stellar like it usually is. However, I did say something on this survey and then the manager of the office called me as I requested on the survey because I did not want to discuss this on a survey. I was blown away by the response. I was treated kindly by the manager and he listened to my concerns. I hated to complain as that is not in my nature. But Zero Rez does clean furniture, carpets, and tile without the terrible soapy stuff that is not good for anyone or my things. I just thought the company was going downhill. But they were not. They said that they want their customers to be fully satisfied and they sent out a super technician, Scott Wallace, to clean everything that was not done 100%. He was not only personable, polite, but a hard worker and he totally confirmed my concerns and fixed them. He could easily see the issues without doubting or making any excuses. You do not see this type of treatment by most companies. They really wanted to do the best for their customer. I will continue to use Zero Rez and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. It turns out that their technician that they originally sent was less experienced and they will now give this person more training and this has the potential to make him a better employee and representative for the company in the future. I am also pleased that this company is also caring to their employees and helpful to them looking to help them also become the best they can be as they work for this company. They also pointed out that I did not need a certain product which they called a bio cleaner and they offered to reimburse me that cost. I am very appreciative of this as I did not fully understand why it was offered as I have never had food on the carpet or pets. Nothing but slippers and barefeet as we take our shoes off and it is a small carpeted area that has furniture on it and we do not eat on the furniture. I have not received the reimbursement yet, however, I certainly do trust the word of the CSR manager, Danny Hogan, who made everything right. Thank you very much to Danny and Scott. As soon as Joseph walked in, he and my husband walked through our home to survey the carpets. He asked if we wanted an extra scotchgard, I believe, we couldn't afford the extra cost, and he didn't pressure us. He got to work and the carpets turned our beautifully, the stains were gone! The carpets were dry by nightfall. Great product, we'll be using them in the future.

Our carpets are looking very good. As they dry, they seem to be getting brighter and brighter. Some areas are taking a little longer to dry, but all in all everything looks great, even old stains that we have been dealing with for a along time. ej

Zerorez was quick to reach out to me when I had questions. Scott did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and the fabric on couches and chairs. He called to let me know when he was on his way, explained the process, listened to the areas I was particularly concerned about, and walked me through those areas of concern after he finished. It was a great experience!

Service techs helpfully explained everything, worked through what I wanted, etc. I do have one recommendation: We have older carpets, and the heaviest traffic areas have less padding, so more water remained and took a full 24 hours to dry, with towels to absorb some water, etc. Perhaps if they recognized or asked if this is old carpet, then run the cleaning/vacuum head over these wetter areas a second or third time? Thanks
