The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. The customer service is excellent. After having Zerorez clean my entire carpet, I felt there were a few areas that did not appear completely clean. When I expressed this to the company they immediately sent out a team to redo the areas in question. I was very pleased with the results and impressed by the efficiency of the company. I really like Luis and how he does such an excellent job! He explains to me what he needs to do on certain areas. He is very thorough and is careful with my furniture. I also want to compliment Ronnie as well for being very professional and great! Thank you guys! I promise not to wait so long next time to clean my carpets! They look great now!!!
