Sales and service were top notch. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased 3 frames, a full build bike along with wheels/various accessories and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their ride or to purchase a new bike.

New LECTRA out of he box. I assembled and it had flat and bad valve. They changed out tube and had it ready for pick up next day even with a good backlog. Tested bike and offered recommendations on maintenance. Nice job Thanks

Every time I go here for a service it's fast, friendly and performed properly. I just needed a quick seat mount, i was in and out in 10 minutes, everyone was incredibly cordial and helpful.

The guy who switched out my tire and tube was first and foremost friendly. He was upfront with the cost and the repair took about 5 minutes. A member of management approached me and made sure the repair was in good shape. Summit had a positive vibe and although the repair and the cost of the parts were a bit pricey for me, I will come back because they have great service with a care-attitude about what they do, they’re efficient, and I can walk away feeling confident that my repair was taken care of by real pros.
