Chain was jumping between gears. The tech is a real guru. Took 15 seconds to patiently listen to my issue and then went right to work. Fixed it in 2 minutes and was affordable. Bike working great. Good people would recommend.

I like that SB provides lifetime maintenance which was a deciding factor with buying my bike with them. I went to several SB locations and everyone provided great customer service, listened to my needs and educated me on the different bikes. I ended up buying a Trek Domane SL with the assistance of Ian who I later realized is the owner. Thank you for the great experience.

The people at summit where very polite and knowlegable when it came time for me to ask about parts that I needed they explain and gave me better options and the parts they ordered for me came in when they said they would! When I need some work done on my Trek Madone, there is only one place to go and one bike technician in particular. Dalton is "The Man" when it comes to wrenching on my bike as I know that I am going to get expert work done even down to the smallest details (like wrapping bar tape with silicon tape vs. cheap electrical tape that melts in the sun). Always excellent service!
