I feel sooooo bad because I didn’t get his name, but the guy who did my tire upgrade and did my bike inspection was so helpful and nice. He really did make taking it in a BREEZE!!! I thought the process was gonna take a while my bike was ready the same day. Super grateful that he helped me, definitely going back to finish getting new brakes installed :)

Products are of good quality and the team there are really great to work with. Mike, Michael, Joseph, and Dalton are always willing to spend time with me when I need their advice and or help getting parts, service or gear. I’ve bought 26 bikes from them, 8 of which were for me and my family. Bought lots of gear as well. All the bikes and gear was great and the service was always top notch. I’ve been buying from them since 2000. I even followed them when they relocated from their Capitol expressway location to their current location on Curtner. Wouldn’t buy a bicycle from anyone else in CA.

Salesperson was knowledgable and helpful, even though quite busy. Price matching is very nice. In-store sale price for the helmet I bought actually beat what others were offering.

I had an awesome experience at San Jose Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about bikes. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect ride without being pushy. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for quality bikes, expert advice, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
