I'm on auto fill and had been monitoring my usage due to the continuing cold weather. I had decided on a Friday believe it was a Friday), that if Monday came and I didn't get a delivery I would call in. I left for an appointment and when I returned, I checked the tank and it was full. So the auto fill continues to work well. I like that.
Timely. It took more than a month for a contractor to get back to us to let us know that he was unable to do the job. He suggested calling the gas company. Would have been a much better place to start.

The person who answers the phone, Sami Messenger, is always extremely helpful, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. The day I called, a friday, they were very busy. Sami knows my place is very complicated to get to and said they had a new driver and she wanted to contacted the new driver first and then would let me know when they could deliver. She called me back within the hour. Knowing propane is my only source of heat, they squeezed me in. Also, I am always at work when they deliver and too often my tank is empty, so the pilot has to be relit as I am not comfortable doing that. I have always felt totally comfortable with SJP folks coming in my house and relighting it. They have always gone out of their way for their customers.
