I enjoy working with Ryan, who has been responsive, patient, informed, supportive, and kind. I especially appreciate that the crew--who did our tenting then removed it--worked efficiently and took care of our home. I've heard horrible stories of crew that have left homes filthy and bathrooms unusable. I'm happy to know that the Sandwich Isles people (Terminix) and crew leaders made sure our home was respected and cared for. The technician who came to do a follow-up inspection was prompt, thorough, easy to work with, and respected our belongings and property. I mistakenly paid twice for the inspection and Roy, the Sandwich Isles Accountant, was helpful, customer service oriented, and efficient. Fern, the Sandwich Isles scheduler, is always prompt and friendly I have recommended Sandwich Isles to friends and relatives.

This is the second time we've used Sandwich Isle for our home. Scheduling was very fast. They were able to give us enough time to take care of things within the home and make arrangements for a hotel. Communication could have been better. I'm not familiar with filling out forms on line and sending it back. Giving me an option of having it mailed or dropped off would've been good. Payment could've been more clear where I didn't have to ask how payment was is to be made. Other than that, they showed up earlier than expected to tent the house. I appreciated that rather than wait g all day. They came early to remove it also. Appreciated that. We needed to wait (not sure how long it would be) before we could re-enter the house. Once it was said and done, we'll be using Sandwich Isle again. Thank you.

Their work is very efficient for not having ants and roaches in my property. If problem, they will come right away to take extra measurements for free.
