Great customer service from scheduling to the techs coming on property and returning to respray if needed.

Technician always on time even if weather isn’t cooperating for outdoor work like spraying. Will return to office to reschedule. To be honest I really dislike making payments online. Prefer billing by mail (the old school method) . Glad company sent billing statement using postal service. Company should realize that many of the older generation do not have computers or smart phones. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to air my concern.

Communication! Sandwich Isle always reaches out to inform me when the technician would be out to my home. Always get an inspection report right after on what was done!

Friendly, polite employees. The salesman Ryan wasn't pushy, demanding, or impatient, instead he was attentive, considerate, and answered my endless questions with tact and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. The office staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate that someone answers the phone whenever I call.
