Joe, who came to service my AC was just wonderful! turned out…The problem was the thermostat however, I shared my concern with Joe regarding the maintenance of my unit scheduled the end of June and since I have COPD he offered to do the maintenance that very day as well THEN Joe went a step further and checked my account and realized I usually get my furnace done at the same time as my AC so he did that for me as well…. Everything was done on the same day, which I so appreciate.! Santa really cares about its customers and that is why I have been with Santa almost 50 years!

My husband and I signed up for Santa Fuel in the late 1980s when we bought our house. For all these years, the service, professionalism and expertise have been stellar. Last week, I was able to get an appointment for the same day when I explained a question I had re: my furnace. John arrived to diagnose what was going on, and he immediately fixed the problem and cleaned up the work area to perfection. Most of all, John and the other excellent service people as well as the terrific office staff have been good listeners and patient with questions -- always respectful.
