Our air conditioner wasn’t functioning in the middle of a heat wave so we called Santa. The person on the phone was very good and informative with the process. The tech Zach, came out right on time and fixed the issue in a short time. We’ve been Santa since 2002 and they’ve always provided great service.

The guys that installed our new furnace and AC were absolutely a delight to have work in our house. They arrived on time and completed the job with my total Satisfaction. They were very clean, knowledgeable on the work that they did, and total professionals. They took the time to explain the new furnace and AC and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service provided and the equipment installed. I always rely on Santa Energy for all my Heating and Cooling for my house. Please keep up the outstanding and excellent service. You are always prompt and efficient. However, this time 6:10am was not acceptable. It scared the crap out of me as the fill pipe is directly below my bedroom. I would not like another fill at that time of day. And probably others would not as well.
