The office personnel are always knowledgeable and helpful whether you are scheduling service or asking an account question. Reminders are sent when service/delivery is scheduled and when technician/driver is on the way is a plus. Technicians are polite and very willing to answer any question you may have.

Both of the technicians tried to fix my problem in a timely and professional manner. Both were disappointed to not accomplish a repair, Both were courteous and promised to follow up with sales, when it became obvious that a replacement was required.
Sales, on the other hand, were much less responsive. So I went in another direction.
The A/C technician was smart, friendly, and capable. He fixed my broken compressor and adjusted the system so it works very effectively.
However, I would add that some of Santa's charges were out of line. They charged over $100 for a capacitor that costs $20 retail on Amazon. It's a basic part, and should be charged at wholesale cost.
We appreciate the auto-delivery, so we don't have to worry about checking tank then remember to order when needed. The schedule that Santa has for us works very well.
I like the communication when Santa delivers oil. I like the workers who respond to checking the burner if there is an issue, I purchased a new burner and those workers were great also.
I appreciate the kindness and promptness when I need to call. I have not had many issues with my oil burner.
