Trek Tustin is simply the best. They listen to what I had to say, was invested in the issue I was having with my front brakes and fixed it right on the spot, no questions asked and FREE of CHARGE! Eric coming out to say farewell because he was attending to another customer was a very nice touch. I feel like I can trust the quality of the products here, the honesty of the technicians, and friendliness of the sales rep.

I originally went to another store since you weren't open on Sunday to fix a dropper post and get a tune up. They said they couldn't fix the post. Then I came to your store and it was fixed on the spot before payment was even discussed. The other store was going to charge much more then I was willing to spend and tried to get me to buy something new when the current one could be fixed. Great service.

The customer service at your Tustin location was exceptional! It took me about an hour to drive there, but it was well worth it. Bryce and Jeff were incredibly accommodating and mounted my saddle and adjusted my handlebar stem height while I waited. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service!
