The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They ask appropriate questions to assist in product selection. Mechanics are great - they answer questions on what/why things need to be done rather than a hard-sell of needless repairs. Overall extremely satisfied.

Jeff did an excellent job with my bike fit. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made a big difference. What stood out most was his commitment to getting it right. My bike couldn’t be mounted on the fit stand, but instead of cutting corners, he went the extra mile to find a comparable bike and complete the fit properly. Highly recommend if you want a thorough and professional bike fit.

This is that rarest of shops that is that is a wide-open welcoming of customers who are treated as friends. Buying something from Jeff and his crew…with super-knowledgeable Bryce up front…is not the salient issue as you enter… it’s more a community of likeminded enthusiasts who share the love of being on a bicycle. Trek Tustin is a fantastic bike shop — very clean and well organized, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They even play great tunes while you peruse their selection of bikes and gear. I had a bike fit with Jeff Sattler and ended up purchasing a Trek Checkpoint. The fitting process and dialing in my new bike were seamless and professional. Highly recommended!
