Sara is very personable and is quick to understand where you came from and what’s a good fit and not just what’s in market but what’s relevant. Her attention to detail can be seen in the personalized search which I must admit found the sweet spot for where I NEEDED to be but not necessarily where I’d have been looking.

Sara not only helped us get our dream home not once but twice! She unfortunately had to deal with a very difficult seller, and did everything she could to help us get home of our dreams. We are so grateful to Sara and everything that she’s done, to the hours she spent helping us with all our questions and dealing with an uncooperative seller. This is our 4th home we have worked with Sara on and she goes above and beyond all expectations. We thought we had horrible experiences in another state using other realtors just because things she automatically did without us ever asking to help sell or purchase homes. She proactively brought solutions to us for problems we didn't know we would have and she was always looking for new ways to market our home. She has sold 2 of our homes and it took less than a week and they were both gone well over asking. We have also purchased two homes with her and she found our dream home that wasn't even on the market yet. If you want a painless and great experience then hands down she is the best out there.

There was nothing about my experience that I didn’t like. Sarah was always willing to help and do so very quickly. Although my purchase of the house itself fell through (nothing to do with Sara, everything to do with my situation and the house itself), my experience with Sara was nothing less than excellent. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. When I was having doubts about the home, she didn't pressure me one way or the other; she supported me in whatever decision I would make and helped me make the best decision for me. It was my first time even considering buying a home and she helped me consider all the options. She walked me through the process and made it extremely easy for me. She referred me to different resources to use where I wouldn't even know where to begin (i.e. an inspector, lender, etc.). 11/10 recommend!

I can’t express in words how much we want to recommend Sara to any potential home buyer or seller. Sara knew we were on a tight timeline and had our house sold with competing offers over value in the first day of it being on the market. She even listed on platforms we had never heard about for homes with large garages. This show that she goes beyond the normal and expected looking for any advantage she can give you over the rest of the market. She was professional, personable, fast, and attentive to all of our needs and requests working with our crazy schedule. Our only complaint is we couldn’t use her on Alabama to help is find our new home. This is the second house Sara has helped us sell and also helped us find and buy our dream home before jobs made us relocate. If you want somebody who makes you feel like her top priority from the day you contact her until even after closing, Sara is your best bet.
