The FX 3 hybrid is very comfortable and maneuverable. The shop assembled the bike well. Kevin went the extra mile to remove various accessories (e.g. special seat) from my hurricane destroyed bikes and installed them on my new bike. He tried to charge a light to see if it was destroyed or out of charge before I purchased a new one. He was patient in adjusting the seat height multiple times to get it just right and answered all my questions about the new bike. Friendly, low key and knowledgeable.

The people and their responsiveness. Dropped our bikes off Wednesday for a tuneup. My wife's bike had some critical issues which were diagnosed, corrected and we picked up our bikes Saturday afternoon. Dave and his staff worked OT to get them ready to go and that was much appreciated. We had a great ride Sunday!
