Glenn was very helpful problem solving our needs with our bikes. We went in thinking we were going to buy different bikes but we really loved the bikes we already owned. My husband was having some back issues. Glenn really listened and suggested some modifications to our present bikes and didn’t just randomly sell us new bikes to make a sale. During the modification process Stefan, the manager called us several times to go over specifics and to make sure we were in agreement with the quote$$. Stefan updated us when the parts arrived and told us when they would be able to do the work. They were finished on time. The price was exactly as discussed and the modifications that Glenn suggested were spot on. Couldn’t be happier.

The staff at Trek Bicycle of Saratoga Springs are very knowledgeable of their products and helpful getting you what you want and fits your needs whether you’re novice or experienced bicyclist .
