Stephen and Glenn in the Saratoga location were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They worked with my wife and I all day to first diagnose issues with her current bike and then to help her get onto the right road bike for her experience and goals. They took the time to listen and learn about what she was looking for and provided great recommendations. They also were quick to swap pedals out and never made her feel like a burden for wanting to test ride several bikes throughout the day. Overall the experience was super enjoyable and would highly recommend this store and specifically Stephen and Glenn to friends and family.
