They really have expert mechanics. I brought my TT bike in after a race where I had dropped my chain and got it crammed between the frame and the front chain ring. They were able to check the damage to the carbon frame was only superficial and get my front derailer re-adjusted right away. I have a 2018 bike without indexing and he showed me how to avoid a drop chain on a hill and how to half shift on the big front ring to prevent rub. I was out the door in 20 minutes. They also have a bike fitter that works wonders. I had no idea how much adjustment could be made to a bike. Caleb is a wizard!
