I spoke with Paulette about 3 months ago about a bill we received after a very big fill up of our tank. We were locked into a $4.25 rate and she was able to reduce our bill by giving us a lower rate. She also informed me that I should call back in June to sign up for the lower rate, since we would not get a fill up before then. We did get a fill up and I called her again and she was able to help out again. She is an outstanding customer service rep who went out of her way to help and she deserves 10 stars for being helpful and making sure the issue at hand gets resolved to your customers satisfaction! Please tell her how wonderful she is!

Knowledgeable, professional staff explained our new service & provided a leak check. Tank was refilled when required without us having to call and we were provided with details of the fill. All-in-all, excellent service from Sawyer.
